serene castle stay
immaculate grounds smart tv breakfast selection cute atmosphere
I appreciated the immaculate grounds surrounding the building. the room featured a smart tv, allowing me to log into my netflix account. breakfast provided many options. I found the selection satisfying. the staff were attentive. They maintained a cute atmosphere throughout my stay.

Really good Stay
nice location early check-in friendly staff very nice decor
The location was great the room was very nice. Breakfast was good I liked that the reception called to inform us our room was ready early. Staff were friendly breakfast and dinner were both really good. I felt very well looked after the decor is very nice.
The shower lacked sufficient body lotion shower gel and shampoo.

The team was helpful and friendly and contributed positively to the experience. Staff showed great care in looking after all guests demonstrating excellent hospitality and attention to detail. They quickly address guest requirements

poor accessibility dirty room
the staff were helpful during breakfast. the menu offered a nice selection.
I found accessibility quite poor. i had a knee injury and navigating the numerous stairs to my room was difficult, there were eight sets of stairs! the receptionist's response, mentioning it wouldn't be the area without stairs, missed the point entirely. the room wasn't cleaned well. I found several hair grips on the floor.
